Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products

Luna sells digital products (online invitations, photo gallery access, cloud storage). Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase — all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exception: System Errors

Refunds are available only if a verified technical error on our end prevented the service from functioning as described — for example, if your invitation page was inaccessible or your photo gallery was non-operational for an extended period due to a fault on our side.

To request a refund under this exception, please contact us within 7 days of the issue with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date and description of the issue
  • Any screenshots or error messages

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wedding cancellation or date change
  • Unused features or plan upgrades
  • Issues caused by the user's own device or network
