You retain ownership of all photos and content uploaded to Luna. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to your invited guests. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

You may not use Luna to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime beyond verified system errors.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
